Welcome dear reader to my humble blog! Let me begin by stating I have never blogged before (unless you count Myspace in highschool...does anyone count Myspace anymore?). So if anyone has pointers and tips for making this anymore entertaining, please feel free.
Kennedy said (and I agree) that we have nothing to fear but fear itself. I would ask former President Kennedy, "What is fear"? I am really apprehensive about stepping back into the online world and connecting with people. I am afraid to let myself be heard and to have real thoughts and opinions about things again and afraid that I will offend someone or seem stupid. I am afraid of  hurt, of hurting someone (emotionally, physically).
And with that in mind, I am perhaps not ready to step out my front door. Nonetheless I have already turned the knob and opened the door. I am past the threshold. Onward! to the local pub!
